Inpatient rehab assignment (24-bed unit) starting ASAP/Apr 2026; ongoing as-needed LOA. Schedule: 7am–7pm, no call. Credentialing: 30–60 days. - Board Certified or Board Eligible physiatrist
- 1–2 years post-training experience
- Must have evaluated ≥100 patients in past 24 months
- OR medical license preferred

Location: Salem, Oregon Start Date: ASAP, April 2026 LOA (# of days worked): Ongoing as needed Work Schedule: 7 am - 7 pm, no call Call Schedule: No Call Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient Rehab, must have inpatient experience Patient Volume: 24 Beds -17 PTs Per Day
