The position is for a BE/BC Heart Failure Cardiologist to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for advanced heart failure and complex cardiovascular diseases within a growing Heart & Vascular program. The role involves managing advanced therapies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in clinical research, and contributing to program development. Seeking BE/BC Heart Failure Cardiologist to join a growing Heart & Vascular program in southeastern North Carolina
Provide inpatient and outpatient care for advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and complex cardiovascular disease
Manage heart failure therapies including mechanical circulatory support and advanced pharmacologic management
Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and advanced practice providers
Participate in quality initiatives, clinical research, and program development
Share call with a collegial group of cardiologists promoting work-life balance
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required
Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology preferred
