JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Massachusetts medical license
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Experience: Residency completion in good standing
• Other Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Professionalism and confidentiality in patient care
- Ability to travel between sites if needed
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive and continuing care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Refer patients as necessary and participate in quality assurance
• Mentor residents, medical students, and other healthcare learners
• Represent the center in the community and with external authorities
• Attend continuing education and training programs
• Participate in system-wide quality improvement initiatives
