Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required as needed
• Must be available to stay until last patient is cared for
• Call may be required as needed
• Float to other units as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract
• No holiday call requirements
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
• Manager interview required
• Clinical pre-screening required to determine clinical fit
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)
• Must be comfortable caring for patients in invasive cardiology procedures
• Skills include cardiac catheterization procedures, ECMO, TAVR, ablations, pacemaker implants, and various interventional procedures
Facility:
This healthcare facility features a comprehensive invasive cardiology unit with 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs, 3 dedicated Electrophysiology labs, 2 shared cath/EP labs, and 29 prep/recovery bays. The unit performs over 6,000 procedures annually and offers advanced cardiovascular treatments including complex coronary procedures, ventricular assist devices, structural heart procedures, complex ablations, and various interventional cardiology services. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and operates as a tobacco and fragrance-free environment.
