UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Breast Imaging Patient Navigator to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will guide patients through the complex pathways of breast imaging and diagnosis, enhancing communication between patients and their healthcare providers to ensure timely and coordinated access to necessary medical services. You will provide emotional support and expert advice, helping patients understand their diagnoses, the details of their treatment options, and assist in overcoming healthcare system barriers. This position plays a crucial role in patient care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
