Job Summary:
True Progress Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Long Branch, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client behavior using standardized assessment tools
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior reduction plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bilingual in English and [insert second language]
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
