Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of clinical care for our patients by accurately assessing patient care plans and outcomes.
