Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with a passion to care for the elderly/senior population, or Geriatrician to provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating LTC facilities and serve as the individual SNF's Medical Director.
- Work/Life fit: Enjoy a flexible, full time 4 or 5 day workweek with admin time, no after-hours call, no weekends
- Work Environment: Integration and management of care to include inpatient admitting, clinical, and admin services.
- SNFs Leadership: Shine as the Medical Director to our contracted SNFs.
- Advocacy: For patients and providers. Administration round tables with providers for input with strategic planning

- Expected Volume: Seeing 14 patients assigned per day, typically at 1 facility per day.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k. Additional financial add-ons include a quality/engagement incentive, $10k fellowship bonus (if applicable), $4k per SNF oversight (7 contracted SNF facilities shared), and production bonuses.
