We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals at our family medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and primary care.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Performing physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing and managing treatment plans for patients
- Educating patients about their health conditions and providing preventive care services
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in family practice or Internal Medicine
- A current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Connecticut
- At least 2 years of experience working in a primary care setting
- Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
