This locum Family Practice Nurse Practitioner position involves providing primary care services in a rural health clinic affiliated with a critical access hospital in South Bend, WA. The role requires active Washington NP licensure, board certification, and experience with basic primary care procedures and Epic EMR. The position offers a consistent full-time weekday schedule with collaborative support and no on-call duties.
We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in a rural health clinic setting in South Bend, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking for consistent weekday coverage starting March 2, 2026.

Full-time, 4x10-hour shifts (Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
No call required
Contract Length: ongoing
Start Date: March 2, 2026 (credentialing required)
Patient Volume: 16 patients per day
Patient Population: Primarily adults (), occasional pediatrics (age 1+)
Charting Software: Epic
Support Staff: Medical Assistant assigned to provider, RN Care Coordinator, MDs and other NPs for collaboration
Procedures: Basic primary care procedures (simple sutures, splinting, point-of-care testing for COVID, flu, strep, glucose, pregnancy)
Requirements:
Active Washington NP license (unrestricted RN & ARNP)
Board Certification: AANP or ANCC in Family Practice
DEA license (unrestricted)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (required)
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
Epic EMR experience preferred
Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: days
Completion of facility-specific forms and verifications required
