Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team located just 45 minutes south of Champaign, Illinois, in Coles County. Requirements:
- BC/BE in Orthopedics Spine
- Strong expertise in spine surgery and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
- Retention Bonus: $60,000 total, paid in increments of $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3
- Quality Bonus: Up to $50,000, eligible upon earning the base salary
- Generous Time Off: 33 days of paid time off annually
- CME Allowance: 5 days + $6,000 annually
- Call Schedule: 1:6 call ratio, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule
