Required Skills:
- Valid medical license with specialization in Radiation Oncology
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality radiation therapy
- Strong knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols and technologies
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced radiation delivery systems (e.g., IMRT, SBRT, proton therapy)
- Prior participation in clinical research or trials
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Upon hiring, a medical degree (MD or DO) with postgraduate training in Radiation Oncology
- Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience preferred, but newly licensed physicians are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:

- Certification by the American Board of Radiation Oncology (ABRO) or equivalent
