Overview:

Pay Package:
Weekly gross pay of $2,448.00
$68 per hour
$102 per hour overtime rate
Required Skills:
- Valid New York RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in labor and delivery or maternal health
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in monitoring maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and postpartum
- Ability to perform cervical checks and assess labor progression
- Skilled in evaluating contraction patterns and documenting labor stages
- Capable of responding to labor-related complications such as fetal distress or preeclampsia
- Experience assisting in vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Competence in maintaining sterile environments and neonatal resuscitation
- Strong collaboration skills with OB/GYNs, midwives, and healthcare teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant clinical experience in labor and delivery within an acute care setting for at least 2 years.
- Prior experience performing neonatal resuscitation and managing obstetric emergencies.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts
- Must hold a current, valid RN license in New York State
- No additional travel or licensing requirements specified; local travel may be involved based on placement
