COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)- Salary: $325K + ability to earn more with additional billable hours.

- CME: 5 days + $2,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY)- Schedule: M-F (40-hour week)
- No call/no weekends
- Partial Hospitalization Program: Approx. 8 hours per week
- Patient load: At least 8 patients per day (includes new evaluations)
- Patient times: 60 - minute new evaluations (Timing may be adjusted at the discretion of the provider.)
- Provides direct psychiatric care for clients age 5 and above; this includes psychiatric
- evaluations and medication management checks
- Provide weekly supervision and clinical oversight to master's level clinicians
- Work alongside 3 psychiatrists, 1 CRNP 1 charge nurse and 4 LPN's
- Provider is based out of our Lancaster, PA office.
