Job Overview
An outpatient imaging and radiology center in Sartell, Minnesota is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for an MRI Tech who prefers day shifts and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols
- Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and comfort during procedures
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
- Accurately document imaging exams and patient information
- Collaborate with radiologists and imaging staff
- Adhere to MRI safety guidelines and facility policies
Requirements
- Active ARRT certification (MRI required)
- Minnesota license if applicable
- Prior MRI experience required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient imaging setting
- Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills
