- Description: Summary: We are need of 24 hr ED provider coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is two providers per 24 hrs working 12 hr shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10am to 10 pm . Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 360 - Per 12hr shiftHoliday Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour no OT Schedule/Availability Requirements: 24 hr ED provider coverage.
