We are hiring for a Hospitalist and a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
- Work alongside specialized team members.
- Work PRN at the sister hospital – St. Bernardine Medical Center.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
Scheduling:
- Shifts are scheduled from7 AM – 7 PM and 7 PM – 7 AM.
- Full-time is 180 shifts for the year and follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.
- Flexible scheduling is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- No procedural requirements.
- Admissions and cross-coverage are the main responsibilities.
- Open ICU with specialty support.

Compensation:
- The annual salary range is $260,100 to $333,000.
