Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology - Brighton, CO

About this role:

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Cardiology Clinic at Platte Valley Hospital . The selected candidate will partner with 4 general and interventional cardiologists and 3 APPs to help deliver exceptional care to cardiology patients in both and inpatient and outpatient setting.

• You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, CO
• You would work 4 ten hour shift on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
• No call or weekends
• Work with an experienced staff of general and interventional cardiologists
• Inpatient rounding and clinic work split about 50/50

What you'll bring:

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, required
• Valid license/certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado or able to obtain, required
• DEA and full prescriptive authority, required
• BLS and ACLS, required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA working in an inpatient or outpatient cardiology setting, required

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59
