Job Title: Production Line Lead
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay Range:$ 22.35/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift - Mon- Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Read and understand Bills of Materials to ensure accurate production processes
- Explain work instructions clearly to production line operators to maintain efficiency
- Maintain a safe working environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Use computer systems to scan materials, manage line workers, and print license plates within an SAP environment
- Meet safety, quality, and production expectations outlined by management
What's Needed?
- 1-2 years of packaging and/or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials and work instructions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain instructions effectively
- Comfortable using computer systems, including SAP
- Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production goals
