A Nephrology Nurse Practitioner provides in-home and virtual care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) or end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The role requires an active Florida nursing license, board certification, and DEA registration, along with a minimum of two years patient care experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call duties, offering benefits and malpractice insurance coverage.

Details:
- Setting: Hybrid/Remote setting for patients with CKD or ESRD
- Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:00pm, No Weekends/No Call
- Start: ASAP
Required:
- Active FL state license
- Certifications: BC and DEA
- Open to candidates with 2 or more years of direct patient care experience
Compensation:
