A Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician provides specialized care for high-risk pregnancies, offering diagnostic and management services while leading the Maternal Fetal Medicine program. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee clinical excellence, and contribute to program growth and education. This role also involves mentoring medical trainees and working strategically to improve service delivery in the West Michigan region.

- Practice Region: West Michigan (Grand Rapids & Lakeshore)
- Clinical Leadership: Provide oversight and leadership for the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line, ensuring excellence in care delivery for complex and high-risk pregnancies.
- Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and management services for high-risk obstetric patients while collaborating closely with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Program Development: Lead growth and advancement of the regional MFM program with accountability for quality outcomes, service excellence, colleague engagement, stewardship, and financial performance.
- Education & Mentorship: Support and mentor medical students and residents, fostering a culture of learning and clinical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance services and expand access across the West Michigan market.
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of post-training MFM practice experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience or leadership-specific training
- Michigan medical license
- DEA
- BLS & ACLS
