Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages (Family Medicine)
Setting: Ambulatory outpatient clinic
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care in an outpatient setting; collaborate with a team of Physicians, a PA, and an NP; maintain documentation using EPIC EMR; participate in shared call rotation
Required Procedures: General outpatient procedures as appropriate for Family Medicine
EMR System:EPIC
Support Staff: 4 Physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, 1 Nurse Practitioner, strong clinical and administrative team
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Shared call; no weekend office hours
Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine Required
Valid PA Medical License or eligibility Required
Willingness to provide care for all age groups Required
Strong communication and team collaboration skills Required
