Hematology Oncology Physician needed in Indiana! Location: near Rolling Prairie, Indiana Department: Internal Medicine Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift 40 Hours/Week Join a thriving multi-disciplinary team committed to excellence in oncology and hematology care. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oncology Hematology physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Role Overview As an integral part of our internal medicine department, you will: Deliver comprehensive care to patients with both malignant and benign hematologic conditions. Collaborate with a collegial team of specialists to create individualized treatment plans. Support community health through education and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage an outpatient volume of 15 20 patients/day and inpatient volume of approximately 3 patients/day. Diagnose and treat a range of cancers including breast, colon, lung, rectal, and prostate. Provide expert care for benign hematologic conditions. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and ongoing clinical development. Maintain a patient-centered approach while contributing to clinical excellence and team-based care. Qualifications Doctorate in Medicine (MD/DO) required. Active Indiana Physician License (or eligibility) required at time of hire. Board Certification or Eligibility in Oncology/Hematology required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with income guarantee and bonus incentives.
