Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Exceed the expectations of every guest every time - we focus on the quality of service and of our team
- Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
- Assist the KM and EC when necessary
- Manage high standards of service each shift
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a leader in the kitchen
- Strong leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator
- A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
- Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
