The Project Manager - Enterprise Transformation leads strategic support and execution for HR-related initiatives, including Compensation, Benefits, and Change Management. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, facilitating governance, managing HRIS cutovers, and ensuring effective communication across HR, Finance, and Technology teams. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience in HR program management and change management methodologies.
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Transformation Project Management Lead to join our team and drive strategic support across critical HR workstreams. This role is essential for the successful coordination and execution of high-visibility initiatives, enabling HR leaders to operate with confidence and precision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities across various HR workstreams, including Compensation, Benefits, and Change Management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and risk logs to ensure stakeholders receive consistent updates.
- Facilitate governance routines, including steering committees and cross-functional checkpoints.
- Provide operational support for compensation and benefits workstreams, ensuring milestones and tasks are accurately tracked.
- Assist in building and executing change management deliverables, such as stakeholder assessments and communication plans.
- Coordinate HRIS cutover activities, ensuring smooth information flow across teams and stakeholders.
- Translate high-level directives into actionable workplans and provide strategic insights to optimize processes.
- Facilitate communication across HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams, ensuring decision-makers have timely information.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in program or project management, particularly within HR-related projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable blending strategic support with hands-on execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Total Rewards, HRIS implementations, or large-scale HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management practices such as PROSCI or ADKAR.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups effectively.
