This position is for a permanent OB/GYN physician role based in Moses Lake, offering a competitive first-year salary with potential RVU-based compensation thereafter. The role involves working in a multi-specialty clinic with advanced onsite diagnostics, shared call responsibilities, and manageable patient volume. First-Year Salary Range: $359,355"$388,492.Position Overview:Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians.Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI on site.Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support.Approximately 16"18 patients per day.EPIC electronic medical record.Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Work/Life Balance and Benefits:First-year salary guaranteeis based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two.
