Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferably, at least six months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment, though qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Passionate about helping residents regain mobility and independence.
Scheduled for 40 hours, 35 hours/week guaranteed.
