Secondary office in Sheboygan, which is approximately 25 minutes south of Manitowoc. 1.0 FTE (35 patient contact hours)Q5 CallPrior arthroplasty surgeon exceeded 80th %ile MGMA productivity - replacing his mature practice. Will receive all hip and knee referrals.Ancillary Services Available at This Location: X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Wellness Center, Rehab ServicesGroup is presently comprised of 14 individuals- 4 orthopedic surgeons, a primary care sports medicine physician, a physiatrist, a pain management physician, and 7 APPs. Surgeons have fellowship training in foot and ankle, hand, spine, and shoulder/sports medicine.2 PAs to support practice and improve clinical throughput by running independent clinics. PAs identify surgical candidates; help funnel appropriate volume to surgeon and also help with post-operative care.
