Details & Responsibilities
- Competitive Pay + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers
- Flexible full-time schedule
- 8 or 10 hour shifts
- No call or weekends required
- Start Date ASAP
- Credentialing Estimate 1-2 months
- Primary Care. Provide standard primary care diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management, and some minor procedures such as suturing
- Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure high standard of care.
- Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
- Patient Load Adult population. Approximately 10-12 PPD.
Required Qualifications
- Active/Unrestricted OR Nurse Practitioner s License
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- Active/unrestricted DEA
