Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a compact or CO RN license and specialized certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Labor and Delivery hospital unit with responsibilities in L&D, OR, PACU, and postpartum care
- Provides couplet care for mothers and newborns, caring for infants 32 weeks gestation and up
- Handles approximately 60-80+ deliveries per month
- 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends
- Call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks
- No local candidates; candidate must live at least 75 miles away from the facility
- Care responsibilities include labor and delivery, operating room, PACU, postpartum, and couplet care
- Must be able to work effectively as part of an evidence-based and collaborative team
- Candidates should minimize requested time off during the assignment
- Facility offers optional housing for travelers

Requirements
- Active Colorado or compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent labor & delivery experience
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Proof of flu vaccination required (no exemptions accepted)
