Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Level 3 RN specializing in Endoscopy/GI to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care throughout various procedures.
Responsibilities- Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns.
- Observing patient vital signs.
- Sedating patients before procedures.
- Recovering patients after procedures.
- Administering the necessary medication to patients.
- Completing all necessary documentation, including patient notes and discharge documents.
- Preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use.
- Providing assistance to doctors throughout procedures.
- Administering IV drips.
- New York State RN License required.
- BLS Certification (AHA only) required.
- Telemetry experience required.
- 2 years of previous experience in Endoscopy/GI highly desired.
