Position, Compensation & Organization:
- Outpatient, no call required - true lifestyle balance
- 21-bed Critical Access Hospital with enhanced Medicare reimbursement rates
- Full-scope practice caring for patients across the lifespan
- Wide variety of cases: chronic disease, acute care, swing beds, assisted living patients
- Perform in-house procedures: joint injections, biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanons, EKGs, and more
- Flexible schedule: 3-4 days per week with option to expand to 5
- Collegial support from mid-levels, scribes, and nursing staff
- Collaborative relationships with regional specialists + OHSU consult lines
- Swing patients average 14-21 day stays from surgery centers
