Position OverviewAlina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to perform in-person physical evaluations in Springfield, IL.
This is an evaluation-only position no treatment, prescribing, or case management. It s an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a low-stress, flexible schedule that fits alongside their existing practice or telehealth work.
ResponsibilitiesConduct structured physical evaluations in your clinic or an approved facility.
Review pre-filled patient records and complete standardized documentation.
Assess medical and functional status accurately and objectively.
Submit completed forms securely using our digital platform.
Schedule & Work SetupFlexible scheduling (Monday Saturday based on availability).
Each evaluation typically takes minutes.
Appointments are pre-scheduled by our support team.
No follow-ups, treatment, or prescribing required.
RequirementsActive and unrestricted Illinois Medical License.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Access to a private office or clinic space for patient evaluations.
DEA not required.
