Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of Nursing experience in primary or specialty care clinic or ambulatory surgical/infusion center
