Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 6:30p-6:30a. Each month - 3 weeks with 3 12-hour shifts and 1 week with 4 12-hour shifts.
Practice Setting: Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, Step-down
Types of Cases and Required Procedures: Chest Tube, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 Days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): SCM
Required License/Certifications: Board Certified, Active New York License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
