Position Overview Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology Provider Type: Physician Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Clinic and hospital coverage 24-hour on-call shifts Weekday and weekend shifts included On-call coverage includes GYN ED emergencies, scheduled, and unscheduled C-sections Practice Setting Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient EMR System: Epic in both clinic and hospital Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Admissions Required: Yes Rounding: Assigned patients Bed in Department: 10 Patients Per Shift: 4 Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Manage and oversee GYN emergencies in the emergency department. Perform scheduled and unscheduled C-sections. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care. Certification and Licensing Board Certification: Board eligible physicians are welcome to apply; board certification is not required. State License: Must be licensed in Wisconsin or hold an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license. Required Certifications: BLS is required; other certifications (ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS) are not required.
