Position Highlights:
- Flexible 4-day workweek with a mix of clinic and OR time. No trauma, elective-focused hand surgery.
- Join a well-established and collaborative orthopedic group with subspecialists in joints, elbow, and general orthopedics. Practice includes both hospital and ASC-based procedures
- Shared 1:6 general orthopedic call rotation with collegial support; no hand trauma.
- Strong support staff, including First Assist NP and APPs; private office space; access to modern facilities, EPIC EMR, and Mako robotic technology.
- Ability to build a full hand practice quickly with immediate referral base.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base salary with additional wRVU-based production incentives
- Productivity bonuses with strong earning potential beyond base salary.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO required.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Hand Surgery or equivalent orthopedic training with hand focus required.
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
- No visa sponsorship available.
