Main Line Health seeks a Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead a growing women’s health service line across a multi-hospital system in the Philadelphia region. This role offers the opportunity to reset culture, unify teams, and guide strategic growth while remaining clinically active. You will partner closely with system leadership, nursing, and campus chiefs to standardize quality, advance education, and strengthen physician engagement across inpatient and outpatient settings.


This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for an experienced obstetrician-gynecologist ready to lead at scale while staying connected to patient care. With strong system backing and an established clinical footprint, you will have the platform to make a lasting impact on women’s health across the region.
