• Role: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, 1099)
• A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
• Laptop and equipment provided
• Compensation:
• $90 per completed visit
• Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 25 miles traveled daily
• Locations: Minimum coverage is 50 mile radius of home address
