Join a high-volume, teaching-affiliated neurosurgery team with strong regional referral network and research collaboration. Employed BC/BE Neurosurgeon; permanent, full-time near Nestoria/Marquette, MI. Schedule: clinic 40%/OR & inpatient 60%; clinic hours M-TR 7am–5pm, F 7am–4pm; call ~1:4 with APP backup. Hospital: Duke LifePoint affiliate, Level II trauma, outreach clinics across Upper Peninsula. Teaching affiliation with Michigan State Univ and research collaboration via Northern Michigan Univ. - BC/BE Neurosurgeon (MD/DO) - Eligible to work in US (visa candidates considered) - Comfortable with 20–30 clinic patients/week and 10–20 surgical cases/week - Experience in high-volume OR/inpatient settings and multidisciplinary care - Willing to participate in teaching and regional outreach clinics

Opportunity Detail - Employed practice with Michigan State University teaching affiliation - Expectations: 40% outpatient and 60% operating room / inpatient mix. Target patient load averages 20-30/week in the clinic, 10-20/week surgical cases - Current Practice Structure: 3 Providers and 5 APPs - Multidisciplinary Brain and Spine Center inclusive of Neurology, Physiatry, Interventional Pain, Neurophysiology and Neuro/Health Psychology - Schedule: Office is open 7am-5pm M-TR, 7am-4pm F.
