We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Technology Liaison Representative I - Conventional Debt to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide support for improving technology use in business areas for projects and technology of higher complexity.
- Review work of more junior colleagues and provide technical assistance on complex matters.
- Coordinate business technology activities with internal partners.
- Use documented processes and guidelines to test applications and/or systems of higher complexity, including test preparation and execution activities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Associate’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in information technology support preferred.
- Ability to track data and technology requirements for projects of greater scope or complexity and provide data and information to team members as needed.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policies involving risk and control to support improved business processes through technology.
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Prior experience working in an agile ecosystem, highly preferred
