Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an Urgent Care opening just west of Rutland, Vermont.
Details:
- 3-5 years Express / Urgent Care Practice Experience required
- 2 weekends per month minimum required
- Join a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of primary care needs in the county
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive healthcare services
- Network of Family Practitioners, Internists, Psychiatrists, Dentists, and Social Workers
- Certified Level III Medical Homes with advanced panel and case management systems
- Express care/same day service embedded in primary care practice
- Work-life balance with 4-day work weeks
- On-Call 3 weeks per year on average
- Candidates must have suturing and I&D experience, ability to treat all age groups
- Operating hours from 8am to 8pm
- Utilization of Medent EMR system for efficient documentation and patient management
