What We Offer You- Flexible Schedule: 4-4.5 workdays weekly, with three procedure days and the rest in the clinic
- Manageable Call: 1:3 rotation with strong hospitalist and emergency medicine support
- Procedural Freedom: Dedicated endoscopy suite with full anesthesia services and advanced equipment
- Built-In Volume: Take over a full patient panel with strong regional demand and minimal competition
Who You Are- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Skilled in ERCP (EUS welcomed but not required)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
- Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates
Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $755,000 (75th percentile MGMA) with production-based incentives
- Sign-On and Support: $75K signing bonus, relocation allowance, and loan repayment options
- Generous Time Off: 30 days PTO plus 5 CME days and a $3,000 CME stipend
