Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

This role is with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering comprehensive care to underserved populations across the region.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $225,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
- RVU Bonus
- Quality Incentive Bonus Up to $4,200 quarterly for meeting all 12 quality measures (pro-rated for part-time)

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
