Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
Location: Sayre,PA
Schedule: Monday Friday No weekends or on-call

We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive, patient-centered behavioral health team serving Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities across Pennsylvania. What You ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team

• Recommend psychotherapeutic interventions and medications as appropriate

• Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff

What We re Looking For

• Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)

• Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings

• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills

• Commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity
