Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

Schedule: Monday Friday No weekends or on-call
We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive, patient-centered behavioral health team serving Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities across Pennsylvania. What You ll DoConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team
Recommend psychotherapeutic interventions and medications as appropriate
Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff
Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)
Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings
Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills
Commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity
