Admin of Physician Practice
Are you a dynamic healthcare leader with a passion for operational excellence and superior patient care? We invite experienced professionals to join our team as an Admin of Physician Practice, overseeing the smooth operation and financial health of our multi-specialty physician clinics, including Radiation and Hematology Oncology Centers. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strategic vision and management expertise to enhance clinic performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster strong relationships with physicians and mid-level practitioners. Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred)
- Rural Health Clinic Administrator Certification
- Minimum of five years of management/supervisory experience in healthcare settings
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives effectively
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in multi-specialty practice environments
- Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and billing processes
- Advanced technological skills including data analysis and reporting tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in healthcare or business administration (Master s degree preferred)
- At least five years of healthcare management experience, preferably in multi-disciplinary practices
Other Requirements:
- Must hold Rural Health Clinic Administrator Certification
- Ability to work standard 8-hour days, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
- No travel required; however, flexibility for occasional needs may be beneficial
