Pay Package for 40 Hrs:
Hourly Pay Rate
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) $28.10
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time) $56.00
Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
> W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs) $1,124.00
> Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem $1,876.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $3,000.00
401(k), Day one Dental, Health and Vision insurance. License reimbursement, Referral Program and Travel reimbursement. 7am-7:30pm 4x10s/week with variable week night and w/e on-call 1-2 years interventional radiology experience required, Vascular and Neuro endovascular preferred. ARRT Radiography BLS Certifications required
