A non-profit, hospital-owned acute care community hospital in southern Connecticut is seeking a Urology Physician to join a team of five urologists. The role involves diagnosing and treating urological conditions, performing surgeries, collaborating with medical staff for care improvement, and ensuring compliance with billing and operational standards. An expandingnon-profit, hospital-owned160-bed acute care community hospital with more than 300 medical providersin southern Connecticut is adding a Urologist. Opportunity Details: Team of 5 Urologists along with seasoned support staff Inpatient and outpatient Treat acute and chronic illnesses associated with general urology and male sexual health. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests. Perform surgical procedures needed to diagnosis and treat urological disorders. Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff. Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements. Work with hospital and practice leadership to expand clinical capabilities of the practice and market the practice. Provide on call coverage for Urology.
