Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC's integrated health system, is seeking a dedicated Ob/Gyn to join our Jamestown, New York team, providing care at UPMC Chautauqua. For more than 128 years, UPMC Chautauqua has offered some of the region's most advanced medical technology and a wide range of services, including diagnostics, acute care, cancer care, and rehabilitation.

• Team: Join a collaborative team of six ObGyns, six advanced practice providers, and two dedicated Laborists.
• Scope of Practice: Bread and butter Ob/GYN with OB call, deliveries, prenatal care responsibilities, gynecology, dedicated OR block time.
• Collaborative Care Model: Integrated midwife program with physician collaboration.
• Technology: Access to the DaVinci Robot for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
• Facilities: Dedicated OR suite located on Labor & Delivery within a new, state-of-the-art facility.
• Volume: Join a thriving obstetrical program with 700 births per year, offering consistent clinical volume and team-based support.
• Call Structure: First-call system with a designated backup provider in place to ensure balanced coverage and support.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Accredited ObGyn Residency Program completion
  • Candidates at all career stages are encouraged to apply, including new graduates and experienced physicians, with support and resources tailored to individual experience.
• American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in ObGyn
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification

Minimum Salary Range: $390,000 Maximum Salary Range: $406,666

The referenced pay range represents GLPP's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position. The pay range may include potential incentive based compensation for achievement of quality or length of service metrics, if any are offered for the position. The successful candidate's actual compensation package will be determined based upon multiple factors which include, among other things, the candidate's expertise and experience, market factors, and related position salaries.
