Position Details: Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Type: Full-time, permanent Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week On-call Rotation: CRNAs share call duties, typically 1-2 weekdays per month and one weekend every few months Key Responsibilities: Anesthesia Administration: Develop and implement anesthesia care plans with physician collaboration, delivering IV sedation, general, regional, or local anesthesia for various procedures. Monitoring and Emergency Response: Continuously monitor patient vitals and manage any necessary corrective actions during anesthesia; perform CPR and life-support measures when needed. Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations Prepare the OR suite for anesthesia needs Provide post-anesthesia evaluations and care Clinical Support: Assist with department operations and maintain professional standards for patient safety and care.
